Year 3 Half Term Round Up

4th Jun 2021

Hopefully, you've ben having a wonderful half term - full of fun, resting and SUN CREAM!

We have kept our eyes and ears away from the news (it sometimes makes us feel unhappy), and we've focussed on being with our family and friends, something most of us haven't really been able to do for a long time. Mrs Jones escaped the city for a few days, Mrs Pemberton has spent time with her grown up children and indulging in her hobbies, Mrs Evans has played games with her nieces and nephews in her mommy's garden.

Because we haven't been able to "go and do" very much over the last few months, Mrs Evans and her family finally managed to fit in a bounce at Rush, a meal in an actual restaurant and trip to Birmingham on the train! It was so exciting to see some of the landmarks we'd talk about and put into our art work this term.

We were also invited to go and help friends look after the animals at their school (we couldn't believe it either!) in rural Hereford.

But honestly? Some of the best times? Just being at home together and doing things that make us feel a little bit more....normal. It's like recharging our batteries; ready for the final half term together in Year 3.

Trust's going to be EPIIIIIC!!
